Who are Top Teddies?

Top Teddies Ltd is a small family-run UK business born from a love of vintage and collectable teddy bears.

Our story began in the 1990s when we discovered a small collection of old teddy bears stored in Grandma’s attic. Among them were beautifully made bears from classic makers such as Steiff and Hermann. Fascinated by their craftsmanship and history, we began learning more about antique bears and started collecting them ourselves.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually dispatched the next business day.  Orders normally arrive within 1-2 business days.

What is your returns policy?

To be eligible for a return:

  • The teddy bear must be in the same condition that you received it (unused and undamaged including by pets or smoke).
  • It must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the bear has a certificate of authenticiy it will be clearly noted on the product information. Please be sure to check to avoid disappointment.

Are your Bears suitable for children?

All our bears are sold as ‘vintage and collectable items’ and are not suitable for children, unless specifically indicated in the individual sales descriptions. 

All our items have been tested before leaving us as fully functioning – unless otherwise stated. 

These items are not subject to the same safety standards as toys meant for play.
